Keto Seeded Crackers
Recipe:
1 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup flaxseeds
1/2 cup everything but the bagel seasoning
1 1/2 cups water
Flaky salt before baking
Preheat your oven to 340 (I used convection). Combine the seeds and water in a large bowl and let sit for ~10 minutes until the water absorbs. You’ll be left with a thick mixture of seeds. Divide the mixture in half and spread evenly over two parchment-lined baking sheets. I spread them as thin as I can without seeing the parchment under them. That way, everything cooks evenly! You can make them a little thicker, but be mindful of the bake time. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
Place in the oven for and hour and be sure to rotate halfway! Let them cool completely, break them up and enjoy!
